Accepted payment methods
The payment methods currently available for your location are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by country, currency, device, or order value.
Authorization and order processing
Your order will enter processing after payment has been authorized and required verification is complete. A pending or declined payment may delay or prevent order processing.
Currency and conversion fees
The final currency and amount are shown at checkout. If your card or bank account uses another currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee. GothicWall does not control these charges.
Payment security
Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. GothicWall does not store your complete credit- or debit-card number. Your bank or payment provider may request additional verification.
Billing issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a checkout problem, email support@gothicwall.com with your order number. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.
