Artwork should feel considered from the image on the page to the moment it reaches your wall. GothicWall works with production partners selected for dependable printing, careful handling, and the ability to produce artwork closer to customers when available.
Print and material
Available paper, canvas, framing, and size options vary by design. The exact format included with your purchase is shown on the product page and in the variant selected at checkout. A frame is not included unless it is specifically listed as part of the product option.
Color and detail
We prepare product imagery to show the artwork as accurately as possible. Small differences between the screen and the finished piece are normal because monitor settings, printing processes, material texture, and room lighting affect color.
Made to order
Many GothicWall products are produced only after you order. Made-to-order production supports a wider range of artwork and sizes while helping reduce unnecessary stock and waste.
Packaging and delivery
Packaging is chosen according to the product format and destination. Posters, canvases, and framed pieces may use different protective methods. Please inspect your order soon after delivery and retain all packaging if an item appears damaged.
Care for your artwork
- Handle prints with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface.
- Keep artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat.
- Use appropriate hanging hardware for the size, weight, and wall type.
- For framed or canvas products, dust gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
