Products and orders
Product images are illustrative. Colors and fine details may vary slightly because of screen settings and production processes. Most products are made to order. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for that order.
Customer information
You agree to provide accurate, current billing, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing product options, personalization, and delivery details before submitting an order.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges, and other government or bank fees may apply. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; GothicWall does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 6 hours of purchase and are subject to production status. See our Return / Exchange Policy for details.
Shipping and returns
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather, and peak-period delays may occur. Shipping, replacements, refunds, and authorized returns are governed by our Shipping Policies and Return / Exchange Policy.

The site, branding, text, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to GothicWall or their respective rights holders. No content may be copied, republished, sold, scraped, or commercially exploited without permission, except where allowed by law.
