This Shipping Policy explains how GothicWall processes and delivers orders. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order processing
Standard orders are usually prepared within 1–4 business days. Express orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, major promotions, or unusually high order volumes.
Estimated standard delivery
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Australia: 4–7 business days after processing.
- All other destinations: 6–18 business days after processing.
Unless otherwise shown at checkout, standard shipping is free for poster items.
Express delivery
Where offered at checkout, express delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France is generally estimated at 2–3 business days after processing. Express rates depend on the destination and order.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active. If no tracking update appears after 10 business days, email support@gothicwall.com with your order number.
Carriers and split shipments
We use different production and delivery partners depending on the product and destination. Items in the same order may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional production or reshipping charges may apply. Contact us within 6 hours of ordering if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Delays and missing parcels
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier disruption, or peak-season volume. For a significantly delayed parcel, check the carrier tracking first and then contact us for assistance. GothicWall is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will help investigate.
