Track your GothicWall order
After your order ships, tracking information—when available—is sent to the email address used at checkout. Open the shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.
Tracking has not updated yet
A carrier may create a shipping label before the first physical scan. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking events to appear. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and severe weather can also delay updates.
Your order is still being prepared
Many products are made to order. Tracking will not be available until production is complete and the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Production and estimated delivery times depend on the product and destination.
Tracking says delivered, but the parcel is missing
- Check around the delivery location, mailbox, reception, and any safe place used by the carrier.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff whether they accepted it.
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number for delivery details.
- If the parcel is still missing, contact us after completing these checks.
